Ministry can be like this. You were designed for it and when the needs increase you keep up, but stay too
long at this pace and you run at a deficit feeling like you can’t catch your breath. We've been there, and we
want you to know it is entirely possible to give yourself fully to ministry without draining yourself dry and damaging your marriage.
We want to help you and your spouse live thriving and whole lives with a vibrant marriage,
all the while executing great ministry. You can do it as naturally as your next breath.

MEET THE COACHES
In the early 1990’s, Rich and Heidi were young marrieds with three small children and budding careers, when they felt the stirrings of God in their hearts to plant a church. Now, over a quarter century later, they can look back on many years of God’s faithfulness and grace. They’ve seen lives changed by the power of Jesus Christ, hearts restored and relationships healed. And they know all too well the struggles and hardships of full time ministry. Over the years, they learned some healthy practices and realized it is possible to pour themselves out for the people they serve and still live a full life of joy.
Once again they felt God stirring their hearts with a growing desire to help other ministry couples learn how to give themselves fully to ministry and to each other, maintaining a healthy, vibrant marriage, and doing great ministry too.
